Grand Theft Auto
Murder
FireArms
Drugs
Assault
Battery
Evasion On Foot Or vehicle
Reckless Driving (Irradicaly or going 20mp/h over the limit)
Failure to Follow Lawfull Order
This is our daily charges we give out to every body, none of these can be solved with a ticket, if so let's just become Chicago.
Give me a example of minor offense, we dont see much of 'those' anymore, since everycrime commited normally if just Felonies.
"Don't Do the Crime, if you can't do the time" ~Every Cop there is and was , ever.
Do you impound the felons car for all of those things? Or just reckless driving/evasion?

-We Find guns in the vehicle (or drugs)
- The Vehicle was used or involved directly in a crime
- HIt & run
- Evasion
- GTA
- If it's used in a murder
- If it has or is any type of evidence
- NOS
- Hydraulics
- Reckless Driving
- DWI & DUI
Almost ALL arrests happen due to people pulling over and immediately evading. Evading (reckless or not) is a direct jail.
