Soo yeah i think that the First resort rule should be changed,Because it seems to be unrealistic.And soo called ''Public shooting'' should be limited with areas.Lately i have noticed that when you shoot someone inside the city you will be punished for it.When you do it outside from the city you wont.What again seems to be unrealistic.And about Cops using TS.They should use the IC radio more,not the TS radio only.Because 80% of them are not even using the /me talks into the radio.What again seems to be MG and PG,and kills the mood of Illegal RP.

I totally agree on your teamspeak part. The cops are playing in game, so all chats have to be kept in game. But that's my opinion.

You can rob or shoot at public places. But you should know where it leads. Also when robbing you can RP it that you did it silently and watching that noone saw you. It's simple. You just need to RP it properly. Like "Dick Dickenson watches around if noone sees him before he tries to place his hand to Peter Petersons right pocket without being spotted" yada yada yada yada... It's realy hard and risky because it seems that noone uses purses anymore

Hey, there. I'm Lewis, also known as lj148. I play on MTA:RP everyday, over 7 hours a day. As i'm sure you can tell, MTA:RP is my life. And out of all the thing that I could possibly asked to be changed, I am sticking to one thing. That being the emergency vehicles in-game. My main character is called Carlos Enrique, who is a Police Officer I in the LSPD. This means that day-to-day, all I see is police vehicles, most of them being modded. I do like the mods on the police vehicles. However, the only issue which is across all the police mods, is the emergency flashers. When toggled, by using P, the emergency flashers will cause the back lights, and police computer to flash, on and off. Instead, it should be that the back lights should alternate on and off. For example the back left and back right lights flashing each at a time, causing a much better effect. Now, I know this seems like a challenging request, but It is very straight forward. The link below contains a very large pack of LSPD-skinned, modded police cruisers. All of which, do what I have mentioned above. If you could implement just a few, or even one, of these much better modified cars, I would be very, very grateful.

Can't agree more, and what about your car actually needs maintenance? Replacing oil, etc.. And make it start malfunctioning randomly at like 5.000KM on the counter, and just make it break at like 10.000KM. So mileage actually matter's something.
This is actually illegal, so you could sue every time you get a ticket and have the state reimberse you lol
Should be allowed only with admin permission in my opinion, too many people believe they're a suprt criminal and can get away with murder every five minutes. You can do this In-Game already, just outright DM and continuous crime spree's in public areas aren't allowed because it's unrealistic after all.
You can actually use the In-Game talk feature which was added by the MTA devs a while back. It'd take a little scripting, but the police could use this instead of TS altogether, there'd be no more MG because you'd be able to hear everything they said if you're within distance.
This would be a nice feature if it could be expanded to include geneal vehicle items. Tire wear and tear where they pop after random time between x and x weeks. General stuff like that would greatly increase passive RP and vehicle RP in general.

The oil does need to be checked.. which you could do at IGS.. it'd be simple and fun to see. It'd be a light that goes on for an hours worth of driving, of course.

I find it cool to RP a bit for your car because actually the car on MTA:RP is just a thing which makes you reach from A to B..The only thing you need is fuel..((IRL I would like that)) but as others said above,a nice RP script for car including oil/battery/engine status in some lil pictures.
I mean like when you are running out of gas,there should be lights to show you the condition of you car like RED for battery when it's discharged,yellow when mid-discharged and blue when it's fully charged.
For oil - Orange when it's good,Dark-Orange medium,black -needs changing.
And what about a better blinking system?Like when you blink the lights to be flashing,not an addition led on your sides of the car which do not work all the times.
And also add a script who would change the car's performance not much,up to 10-30%,it's called remap,and it could faild or not,if it fails your engine is screwed and you need a new one.
Those are my sugestions from above.Sorry for any grammar mistakes,currently I have just waken up and I can't see well,I am too lazy to find my glasses.
AND,I forgot to state,add diesel and petrol for certain cars,I would like to see somebody whose's car is on petrol refills with diesel and the engine blows up.
Like there should be generic items like engines,with different performances on diesel or petrol.
But I suggest that only the admin can buy the generic items,so we won't see a Clover running at 300km/h,(joking)

No to IC teamspeak please.. I don't want anyone to use it because it can be easily abused. I can't check if that guy MGed after the situation happened, I can only check logs so.. I also can't hear what he said on radio but if I'm near him, I should hear that.
Maybe a new script for poker or other gambling other than blackjack. I see a lot casino coming active these days. It would help much.

I want to use two pistols at same time, only with a rp training of course and it won't allow you to reload since you can't reload with your legs. A simple switcher button would work.
No Crime At IGS - It should have some exceptions, for example when someone insults to me I should at least have the right to beat him up. Also it is the choosen zone for CK wars, when I'm after someone, "I better go IGS, he can't shoot me, Oh my god I'm such a pro!".. Got my point I guess? at least for CK situations it should allow me to do crime at IGS. Only those two options.. Provoke for beat up and CK situations.
More guns for illegal side please.(I already mentioned about sawn-off anyways) Maybe some different Gun NPCs? Like.. The npc in "A" place will sell Uzi, colt, shotgun aaand NPC in "B" place will sell sawn-off, silenced, tec-9. Those guns are just my opinion, you can edit the list however you like..

Allow Illegal RP at all places again , just not killings , so Robberies , fights ect because it does happen Real life , there is 3 cop factions at the moment and from what i seen alot of cops so i don't see why this should not be allowed if you have the right number of cops to sort it out .
i want to see admins be a little nicer not to be taken offencivly but you guys have ben a little mean in the past to me exept sara fredrique and mgonagle if i spelt his mane right lol they have ben nice and lets not forget overload he is vay nice to but just saying the admins need to stop giving suck harsh consenquenses like for example when i was a noob i was jailed for non rp when i tryed to rp for the first time wtf right dont just jail me for it try to teach me rp and i hope you instead of jailing new people for non rp just try to teach them rp instead the server would be so much more friendlyer if people would just start to be nice to others to and i mean that oocly
