All in all I think we are lack of legal factions to establish this. Only as Leonie stated: improves work for detectives. But this includes working both in LSPD/Illegal.. well it's more realistic but uhh...

This could work, however only for LEGAL factions only. Government factions are already shorthanded when it comes to their members and they need full dedication of the members in the faction, can't have it divided. As for illegal factions, joining multiple on one account is just more trouble than it is. CK clauses, possibility of shit tons of MG, etc etc.

There also must be rules like which factions u can join when beign in one atm. Some kind table. Ofc u cant be in different mafia tactions. And so on. Its a quite briliant idea.

Hex spray on IGS can be fast and easy, but is so Non-RP, and also people ask you to move forward so 2 cars can be inside.
A graffiti system can also be included, gang graffitis with notes aren`t realistic.

Actually yes- mafias plan hits on eachother- and have spies- or double spies.
